Specialist Farm Enterprises Limited (SFE Ltd) manages two long-established dairy farm buying groups across Shropshire, Cheshire, and North Wales.

The first group began in the 1980s as a discussion forum for forward-thinking farmers. Over time, members realised that by pooling their resources, they could secure better prices on essential farm inputs such as feed, fuel, and fertiliser. This collaborative approach grew into two thriving buying groups: Border Farmers and Maryvale Farmers.

SFE Ltd took over management of the groups in 2011, adding consultancy and nutritional expertise to the range of services offered. Since then, the groups have gone from strength to strength — regularly achieving feed prices £15–£20 per tonne below market rate, and delivering substantial savings on minerals, fuel, and fertiliser.

Our office, based in Peplow near Market Drayton, Shropshire, handles all invoicing on behalf of members. We consolidate your monthly purchases into one simple invoice, saving you time and reducing your administrative workload.
